boyfriends dad is mentally abusive.

I need help. I've been living with my boyfriend and his dad for the past year. His dad is so disrespectful and I've tried to put up with it, but I can't anymore. He constantly abuses/wrecks my belongings and is very childish about things. I have a sign that says please use the ice cream scoop instead of a regular spoon up because he keeps bending my spoons. He wrote on there that he'll have whatever he wants. And he eats my food when I'm the one that bought it. I've had it. I need out. The boyfriend doesn't want to break the lease, but I've threatened to move out three times and agreed to give him one more chance, and this is the last straw. Sorry this was long, but it's giving me bad anxiety and I can't breathe good. Help?
