When they still have baby teeth but a child's mouth. The stage when they are almost ready to start falling out and they become really gappy. The teeth are too small and there's too much exposed gum and I'm just really not comfortable with it. I feel a little bad that they freak me out but they just do.

Anyone else?

Edit: I've seen X-rays and those don't freak me out! Neither do replica children skulls with the bone cut away to show the adult teeth. I actually think that's really cool. It's only the fleshy ones that do it for some reason.

I'm pregnant and worried I'll be freaked out by my own kid's mouth at that stage.
