I'm 17 and have bad anxiety. When I get stressed I work out until I can hardly move but aside from that I don't work out that much. Also my boyfriend started working out all the time and is starting to get a six pack and I don't want to stay unfit while he gets really in shape. Do you all have any work out routines or diets or anything that I could use? I really want to get ripped for my senior year. Classes start in two weeks so let me know. Thanks everyone!
