Helloo, I got my IUD Mirena on thursday, I was on the third day of my period. Right now I am only spotting.  My experience with the insertion was really quick, I do not have any babies so it was really painful but it was very fast, I could handle the pain. It felt like very intense cramps. Normally I never get cramps on my period so after I got it insert it was killing me inside but it was just for the night. I have some questions, when can I have sex??? Also I have read about the strings but I do not know if I am supposed to feel the strings now or I have to wait some days??
