Blood clots?

My period blood clots. It usually happens a day or 2 after it starts. What do blood clots mean when I'm on my period? Is it good or bad?

I used to get them all the time. It felt so weird. It just means your blood is drying inside of you before it can come out. Try standing more than sitting. It should get better with time.
