No Period This Month?

Is it normal for me to just skip a period this month? There's no chance I'm pregnant and I'm not on the pill or anything. Is it okay that I'm just not having one this month?

Answer

Sometimes it just happens, especially if you're in your teens, or older, because you're adjusting. Certain things can cause it too, like being stressed or a decrease/increase in appetite. If you're not active then I wouldn't worry about anything. Just wait til next month :)
