They can change up to a year old. But my son had beautiful blue eyes from the get go and a year later they are still stunning,

My daughters did not fully change until 18 months.. Her eyes were still blue at 1 year.. They are brown now

I think usually around a year the majority of babies eyes have changed by then. However we had a little girl at our church whose eyes did not change color until she was 5.
