So I had a UTI in my bladder about a week ago. I am taking Keflex every 6 hours and almost done. Thanks to the lovely antibiotics I now have a horrid yeast infection. Yes Horrid. I am so red so swollen and have tiny cuts all over my vagina. I don't know what I can use. Cream? It hurts so bad. When I am home I am naked because of working all day I hurt by my underwear touching me. I see my OBGYN on Friday for a pelvic examine and I can barely stand touching to wipe (using flushable wipes) or even to clean myself. I tried desitin for the rash part that goes to my anus and been using triple antibiotic with pain relieve to heal the tiny cuts. Any suggestions
