Fitting in work outs?

Who's exercising?  When? I EBF. I feel like she wants to be held 24/7 and I barely get to pee let alone exercise and shower. I can't work out unless I can also shower, then I'd have to feed her all sweaty.

I do my work outs with my baby girl! I jog with her and then normally she's sleeping by time I wanna do the yoga. When she wakes up I put her in the bouncer in the bathroom so I can shower. Sometimes I even put on some music/learning videos on my phone so she can be semi entertained. Then dry off and feed. Getting dressed can wait while she eats. It toon us a couple of weeks to get in the right routine though. It was hard at first and I wanted to give up. I ebf too! Make sure to stay hydrated when you do work out.

I would suggest workouts that can be completed within 30 mins or less! Let dad take over the reigns! Also focus on one body part each day! Change it up, legs one day.. arms the next. Go for a jog/run/walk. You'll see the difference believe me! Also try to eat as well as you can! I know it's hard but meal prepping has helped me a lot! Maybe on your rest day from working out you could spend the time you would exercising cooking? Pinterest is a lifesaver for both workouts and quick healthy meals!!

I wake up around 5:30, nurse the baby, and go to the gym before my husband goes to work. Usually, when I get home, around 7:30, our 3 year-old is awake and eating breakfast, and the baby's still asleep. I try to shower before he wakes up.

I am still on maternity leave for 4 more weeks, so I'm getting to go to gym in morning, my gym has child care included so I take my 2 1/2 yr old and baby (12 weeks now). Sometimes I do yoga early before both kids are up. Gonna hate losing this part of my day when I return to work.

Now that I'm working again, only on weekends. Two weeks in and I can barely manage work, morning and evening childcare, and cooking dinner. Maybe once a routine is established and I can take my kid to the gym with me (not until 6 months is the rule), I'll fit in some exercise during the week.

I should mention I also have a 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter. I feel like someone always needs something. Walk/jog outside isn't really an option because I don't have a stroller that holds all 3 and with temperatures in the upper 90s , it's too hot to wear baby
