Ex ignoring me

So my boyfriend dumped me about 3 weeks ago, we didn't talk for a week and then I messaged him to meet up so I can say my part. I really went off on him and told him all I wanted to say. After we were fine and he told me he still cared about me and wanted me in his life. We hugged goodbye and that was the last I heard from him. I haven't heard from him at all and he doesn't view my snapchat story anymore (he looks at my friends and not mine), purposely ignoring me. What does this mean?
