Cramps
So I was at work and I got such bad cramps I couldn't walk and I almost cried over how bad they where I wanted to curl in a ball and cry. Plus my boss was yelling at me Bc I wasn't moving fast enough. I took Ibuprofen it didn't work for 5 hours until 1 hour before I had to go. What do I do when I get bad cramps at work?
