2 month old eating TOO much?!?

Alright in my house we have been back and forth to bump our almost 2 month old up to 6oz yet (3 BM & 3 formula). We have him at 5oz currently and he seems to be wanting more. We have done 6os only at his feeding around 10pm and he eats it with no problem.

I'm just worried we're going to make our son "fat" or over feed him.

When he was born (c section) 7/6 he weighed 9lbs 10oz! So he wasn't a small baby at birth. At his 1 month check up he weighed 11.1 & was 22.5inches and his dr didn't seem to be concerned..

Any insight would be great!!

If he's hungry then feed him. There's no rule about how much they should eat ! Who cares if he's a tad chunky, it's just more of him to love. As long as he's happy that's all that matters !

I say feed him when he's hungry. Babies don't over eat, I don't think they have thinking process. They eat until they are full then stop. I thought I was feeding my baby too much but I'm not. They are just growing.

My baby boy is 2 months old as well, he's 13.8 pounds and almost 25inches long. He eats over 6 ounces each feeding.

Doctor just said he's tall for his age.

You won't over feed him and you certainly won't make him fat. My little chunk is nearly 11 weeks old and drinks 7oz, he's been drinking that for a few weeks now and he's not fat just a little chunky 😜 
If he's hungry feed him, he will let you know when he's had enough 😊

Are u using the slowest flow nipple? The faster the Nipple , the more milk they will require
