A little wet down there - second trimester?

I feel like my panties are wet all the time with a mixture of urine and discharge. I use panty liners to help with the dampness, but what can I do about the scent? (FYI, I've been tested at the dr - nothing abnormal is going on.) I'm so self-conscious about, and I heard the "leakage" only gets worse as the baby gets bigger.
