Which do you like better?

My husband fell in love with one name, I fell in love with the other. We can't agree 100% on a first name. If you have any suggestions for similar names, please comment! Also, our last name begins with M, so if we go with Julian Isaiah, his initials would be J.I.M. Lol.. Should we let that affect our decision?
