I am 18yrs old and just found out that I am pregnant. I don't know how to tell my mom. I just recently moved out her house to live with my boyfriend in our house. Note* he is 18 also. I know my mom is very protective to me when it comes to me getting older. She had me when she was 18 and I'm sure she hoped I didn't cause I'll end up single or whatever. My boyfriend been around for 5 years and we've talked about family for the future so I know he won't leave me. I'm nervous to let my mom know because she's always been disappointed on my actions as if I was a bad kid. Which I wasn't. I graduated school with 2.8 gpa which i feel is great for me. It could've been higher but I didn't listen when people said 9th grade matters and you need good grades to start you off. I was going through depression and suicidal and was almost raped by an ex but still kept my head up for school so I don't disappoint her on that. Always got merit role lol which is better than nothing. Had a job at 16 so I was paying for clothes and was trying to take steps on being an adult. I will be getting my cosmetology license very very soon. But me being pregnant? That's going to really hurt her. Everything great that I've done was always invisible to her. I was never a child to get in trouble with the law or in school as much. I was active so I wasn't just sitting around too. Idk how or if if I want to tell her. I'm too nervous.
