What do all the abbreviations used here mean! Lol. Help please.

Answer

AF = aunt Flow (aka your period)
BFP = big fat positive
BFN = big fat negative 
TWW = two week wait
DH = dear husband 
SO = significant other
BD = baby dance (aka sex)
DPO = days past ovulation
CD = cycle day
TTC = trying to conceive
MC = miscarriage 
CM = cervical mucus
HPT = home pregnancy test
OPK = ovulation predictor kit
TMI = don click that unless you want to see something gross
