How many weeks would be a good time for a baby shower?

My baby shower for my first born was when I was 36 weeks.. He decided to come the day before my shower, so needless to say I missed it entirely. I'm pregnant with boy/ girl twins, and will be 30 weeks by the time we'll be having it.. Nervous since twins arrivals are unpredictable.. How far along will you girls be by the time of your shower?

I think 25-28 weeks is perfect. You're showing, but not miserable. Plus you already know baby's sex (if you found out) so people can buy based on gender too.

I had mine at 28 weeks. I wanted all baby related things done by 30 weeks because I know anything can happen. My sister went into preterm labor with her twins at 31 weeks. I am now 34 weeks but have been on hospital bedrest since 32 weeks for preeclampsia.

I'm having mine super early because it's when I'll be visiting my family for the holidays, 22 weeks. I may not even know the genders of my babies until two weeks before 😳😳 oh well, I'm not big on princess dresses and plan to do a safari themed nursery anyways so I guess it's not a huge deal.

I was worried I wouldn't be showing much but my twins are already making a micro appearance at 9 weeks, so I'm not worried about that anymore.
