Period like pains?????

I'm nearly 14 weeks pregnant and tonight I am experiencing the tummy ache I get when I am on my period. If I was to have a period this is when I was usually due on. It's concerning me a little bit and typically would happen when I need to sleep before A 12.5 hour shift tomorrow. I'm not going to lie I'm a bit scared 😥😥😥

I did this past weekend, had pretty bad cramps so I put a heating pad on low. Woke up few hours later I was gushing blood... Went to the ER and it was a subchorionic hemorrhage. I'm on bed rest for a few days but I'm hoping it resolves soon. Scariest night of my life, I for sure thought we were losing the baby :(

It is your uterus contracting and expanding, thats all! A warm bath and a big glass of water helps! They will go away😊 totally normal!!

I'm 13w4d and have been having some light on/off period cramps. Nothing too bad and I think it's normal. I had the same cramps the week leading up to my BFP and it's probably things growing in there! Could also be your uterus moving its way up to your abdomen, pushing your bladder and such.

I'm 14 weeks almost 15, and I've been having the same thing. One day with bad pains, but I used my Doppler the next day and everything was fine. I think it's just a growing uterus. Round ligament pain, I had it with my first too, but then I had 2 miscarriages afterwards, so I'm more paranoid with this pregnancy.

I had some terrible cramps that had me in tears right around the 13 week mark, but no bleeding. My doc said it's likely just growing pains. Make sure you get plenty of fluids, too. Hope you feel better soon!

There were a few days that I had pretty bad abdominal pains. No bleeding or anything so I wasn't too concerned. I think it's just the uterus and all stretching. Try not to worry :)

I believe you're fine, I still have cramps that feels alot like menstrual cramps but not as bad and without bleeding and I'm 15 weeks and 1 day. It's b/c your uterus is expanding, if you experience any bleeding then I suggest going to the ER.
