Has anyone had this experience? I have gotten 4 BFP, all faint, but still positives, but I have had ZERO symptons. No exhaustion, no sore boobs, nothing? Should I be worried, or could this just be that I'm freaking myself out. I was pregnant last spring, and experienced soreness, fatigue, and headaches. Sadly, it was an ectopic, so now I'm really concerned. Thoughts?
