Vaginal pain *explicit picture*

For two years, I have had vaginal pain during intercourse, and tampon use. It  has progressively gotten worse and over time, the source of the pain has become more "visible". I have visited my obgyn three times over the last 24 months and described this issue. All three times, I was sent home with the advice that I needed to "relax" during intercourse. However, I know my body. And I know what is normal. Sex didn't used to hurt. And the pain is concentrated in my anterior wall. Upon inspection, you can see a fleshy growth around my urethra. I have an appointment Monday. I believe I am suffering from a urethral diverticulum. It makes sense because i also experience the feelings of urine retention, urine frequency, and etc. if anyone has any insight, please feel free to post/message me. For two years I have had worsening pain. It is nice to finally feel not crazy. At first, no one believed me. But now it is very visible. A growth around my urethra, that is tender to the touch.
