Sharp pain on my right side?

Anyone else have this??? It hurts really bad, and will not go away :( 
Is this just more round ligament pains?

I had this happen this morning. It took me by surprise and I felt like I couldn't move. After about 3 mintutes it went away and didn't come back.

Abnormally high blood pressure can be a cause for upper right quadrant pain.

Pregnancy causes a lot of things. It could be bladder infection, kidney infection, kidney stones, UTI, etc.
For me I had a bladder infection when I had terrible pains in my side and went to the hospital.

Not trying to scare you, but yea those are some options besides the usual sciatic and baby sitting certain ways.

Could be sciatica. I've had it for weeks and it doesn't go away until you deliver :/
