Someone help me out with this app?

With the overview of my period, it has like a 'fertile window'? What is that exactly? I mean, I can assume it's to do with my vagina and shit but should I avoid having sex then? Do I have sex? I reeeeeaaaaallly don't want kids right now and I'm taking all of the precautions I can.
Edit: I'm not on anymore form of birth control right now due to horrible experience with past methods, but I use condoms, which I know isn't really reliable but I don't really get a choice lol

Your fertile window is when you are estimated to ovulate but this app goes based on averages and not specific to you. If you don't want to get pregnant I'd recommend always using birth control

The fertile window means that that is the time when u are the most likely to become pregnant but if u don't have sex than u won't be pregnant so it would be just good info to know ☺

Do not have sex in your fertile window unless you are trying to have a baby. Your fertile window is the time where it's your highest chance for pregnancy. If you are on birth control then you should be ok to have sex then.
