can't stay wet ):

Why is it that no matter how horny or into I am I can't stay wet? My geno told me 3 months ago that It was bc I had an infection but even after that went away I still had problems, but she did one of those test and said nothing was wrong other than a small oncoming infection which had been cured,  but now it's bad again and I hate it bc my partner thinks I'm never into it when I really am and it sucks. Help help what do I do , I drink water all day everyday so idk what else I could be doing wrong ):
