Is 28 weeks too early for baby shower?

I want to do my baby shower this early just because october is my favorite month 🙈🙈🙈 but want to know your opinion, is it TOO early?

I'll be 29 weeks on my shower. I'm planning a fall/ pumpkin themed shower because it's my favorite season.

I will be 28 weeks exactly when I have my baby shower! I don't think it's too early. 
I'm having mine in October so that A) I won't be having such a hard time enjoying it, B) it gives me more time to get everything I need and C) it isn't too close to the holiday season when everyone is far too busy to be bothered.

Mine is scheduled for November 6th and I'll be 28 weeks 4 days. I wanted to do it earlier so I could actually enjoy it, plus being due in January the closer we get to our babies the more holidays there are where people are out of town/spending lots of money so felt like an earlier shower would be easier on my family. So far everyone agrees! (And if not too bad haha)

I hope not. We will be ~27 weeks for ours. It's hard to plan it later because we run into heavy holiday travel months and wanted to be conscious of our out-of-town guests.

I hope not I'll be 27 weeks at my baby shower . We r doing it early cause drs already told me due to my age, high risk factor,  and diabetes they will be taking my baby early like 36 weeks .

My sister's was supposed to be at 28 weeks, she had her preemies on the date of her shower! It's never too early!!

I will be 29 weeks for mine! Plus I think us January moms have a challenge with all the holidays right before. I wanted to have it at a time when people here would be in town and people flying in (both grandmas) wouldn't have to pay high holiday prices 😊

My baby shower is planned for the 1st of October. I'm pretty happy that it is being planned earlier. My sister in law had hers the month that she was due and was miserable because so much was happening around her and she was so uncomfortable.

It is better to have it early in case you go into labor early.  Plus, it gives you time to buy what you don't receive as a gift before the baby arrives.

I'm due Dec 29th and having mine on Oct 8th. I'll be 28 1/2 weeks   we have a few bdays weddings and christenings after that so it was the best time
