Anyone experiencing severe back pain ? Mine started 2 days ago and i don't know what to do about it.

Severe lower back pain started. Is it normal ? I'm 27 weeks. I don't know how to ease it.

mine started a couple days ago. im 29 weeks. i always have hip and tailbone pain which is just normal for me but i now have upper back pain that is just unbearable it makes me wana cry and stresses me out even more than i already am. i literally stop what im doing  and cant move cuz it hurts soo bad. only thing that helps a lil is if hubby is around to massage me or if i drop my head and just try and stretch all those muscles down inbetween my shoulder blades.
