Look it up on americanpregnancy.org or plannedparenthood.org, as women on here are very uneducated about pre-ejaculate. It's a clear fluid that is meant to cleanse the urinary tract before an ejaculation (so that sperm may travel through without being killed off). It does not naturally contain sperm and more than 99% of the time cannot get a women pregnant. However, if a man has recently came (and not unrated afterwards) it can pick up leftover sperm in the urinary tract and thus make it possible to conceive. Again it highly unlikely, as many recent studies have concluded but still possible in certain circumstances. Best to always use protection during sex from start to finish, if not to prevent pregnancy than to prevent stis!
