IUD worry

So I've had my IUD for about 5 months. My husband was deployed for 4 1/2 of that so we weren't having sex. Well he's home now. We have had sex maybe 4 times since he's been home. Every time I've ended up bleeding. Now he informs me after using his hand(trying to be discrete sorry) that he can feel my IUD. I'm calling my doctor tomorrow but how worried should I be?
