Pregnant worries

I was told I couldn't get pregnant Bc I have two cyst on both ovaries and my left tube blocked off and a fibroid half way grownig in my uterus !!! Well last week when my period was suppose to come I would wipe and it was just lil brownish color , never was anything every in a pad or tampoon !! So week after I took two test and both are positive !!! I have pain right now like I had b4 all this , left lower adbomen !! Doctor doesn't want me to see until sept 2
