Shit I didn't think of them like that- hell Yeah I am gonna count them as my kegel exercises, I actually forget to do proper kegels but an orgasm, now that I can do 😂😂

If you flex your pelvic floor muscles during sex then I think that counts like any other pelvic floor exercise does - it's got to help regardless of when/why it's being done. I don't see any reason not to count it!
