Confused

So I have an ex I've been dealing with for over seven years we met when we were teenagers we have the most absolute great sex I guess that's why we still deal with each other but it's like he wants nothing else out of me but sex we cant go anywhere we can't do anything anytime we hang out its jus sex I want to be with him but I feel as if he don't want to be w me and I shouldn't have to have sex with you jus to keep you around but the Sex is great and I'm not r ally trying to have sex with new people he's been the only guy I've been sexual with the last 8 months but I feel as if I don't know my worthy for still having sex with him and his actions show that's all he wants
