AF cramps/vent

I have PCOS and had hope that this was my cycle because I was 2 days late and OV 11 days ago, but I'm having AF cramps and some brown/dark red watery spotting when I wiped with a Qtip. A part of me hopes that maybe it could be implantation but I really doubt it. Almost 2 years TTC now :(.
