Plss help!

Had spotting last month (abt 1wk and bfore period due) and waiting for period to come but nothing..i thought i was pregnant but upt BFN so i went to a doctor for vaginal check up, the doctor said no bleeding at all and took my discharge sample (sorry tmi) to the lab..The result was normal (no infection).

I waited about 2 more weeks and checked upt, still BFN!! This month i had spotting again (before period due) but this time it was barely to notice..it just when i wiped..i really hope im pregnant. I never experienced this before..my period usually flow heavily in 1-2 days (and lasted for 5 days)..I also never used any birth control ever. What do u guys think??
