Less movements

So all day his had little movements his not kicking just a few little pushes... Is there something wrong or is he maybe ready to come into the world I have a fetal Doppler and I checked his heartbeat seems to drop to the 145s and get up into the 160s few pains but no contractions.... Suggestions please should I call? I tried drinking cold water laying on my left side had a shower I don't feel like anything is really wrong but I don't feel right either

Update **** rang up and they told me to monitor him tonight he been moving a little bit more now still just pushes tho having sharp pains thst they said was normal so just I will see how he goes thanks guys
