Is having 2 friends with benefits at once wrong

So me and my daughters dad aren't together, we never where, we started off as friends with benefits, just casual, nothing serious, having fun, getting to know each other, but we hadn't exactly got to know each other before we found out I was pregnant. So atm, we are still doing the same thing, getting to know each other, being good friends, sleeping together, having fun, co parenting very well, I'm sure he's seeing other people too, and so am I. As its nothing serious, we both have tried being in our previous relationships for the sake of children and it didn't work. But the question I want to ask is, am I over reacting. I did start seeing a guy, that I like a lot. But because I'm sexually active with my baby daddy, I don't want to has 2 sexual partners on the go. So it's either I cut ties with one or the other, sexually. Does anyone else think multiple sex partners is ok? Not together at the one exact time obviously lol. I just worry too much about the spread of infections that way and so on. But realistically I can't stop him sleeping with others 😕 so what difference does that make.
