Baby acne or milk sensitive?

My 3 week old is gassy, bloated and always grunts and makes choking sounds after a feeding

My baby had it. My mom said it's acne and that I had it, too. Lol it will clear on its own

For sure baby acne! Both my kids had it, it's due to hormonal changes in your baby. It will clear by itself.

I don't know for sure but I read that baby acne was like white little pimples. My baby does the grunting thing and cries hard with gas and poo after eating but especially in the evenings. I cut dairy out of my diet and it's much better. It still happens but with less intensity and less frequency. Good luck!
