Fake coughing

I believe I have a fake cougher on my hands. She's testing put her vocal chords and mixed in with all of her vocalizations, she adds a cough for effect. I really think it's fake, but of course I'll take necessary precautions if it's real. Anyone else? She's now 4 1/2 months.
