What does it mean?

Hi ladies, I'm 35w6d today. Went to the doctor she checked my cervix and said everything looks fine, didn't mention anything about the cervix. On my papers it states " cervical exam, closed , 50%, -1 head is down"

Does this mean I'm effaced -1?

Closed means you are not dialated.
50% means 50% effaced. 
-1 means your baby is at station one of being engaged when baby gets to -5 you are fully engaged. X
