What are all the signs of being pregnant?

I'm really curious. Never had a baby of my own and have two step babies. I'm a few days late on my period. Cramping hard but nothing is coming out.

I knew I was pregnant because of the pain in my boobs. They were excruciating to where even a t-shirt hurt. Also, my mood swings were all over the place and much worse than pms. The nausea hit me about 4/5 days before af was due. I tested positive the day before. Some women don't have symptoms at all but most early pregnancy symptoms are like pms symptoms.

My boobs and fatigue were my first symptoms. I didn't even know i was pregnant and felt like shit, took a test it was positive lol.
