Has anyone else noticed an increase in heart rate during the first trimester?

My resting heart rate has been increasing throughout the pregnancy - it was low before (55-60 bpm) and at 28 weeks now averages around 80-85 bpm.

Haha my resting heart rate at 32 weeks is anywhere from the high 80s to the low 100s. Your heart will be pumping a lot more blood now, so no worries! They say as long as you're don't exceed 120, you'll be fine :)

Yes! It got better in second trimester and then I noticed it again in third, but t was definitely worst in first trimester. There were times that just getting off the couch to go to the bathroom made my heart feel like I had just sprinted a mile! And I'm in good shape, too, so it was super unusual!
