Bacterial Vaginosis at 6-7 weeks

I'm freaking out. My first doctors appointment is Tuesday. I'm out of town and just discovered that I have BV. I've had it before so I know what the symptoms are. The earliest I can be seen is Monday (hopefully). I'm worried that the delay in treatment could have adverse effects on my pregnancy. I lost my first at 21 weeks due to an unrelated issue and I'm worried that preterm labor is in my future. Any help is welcome.
