Labor?

Hi ladies! 
So I'm 37w+4d today! At my appointment last week I was 1.5 cm dilated and my doctor could feel my little mans head. 
Today I woke up not feeling too well so I called off of work just so I could relax and not overwhelm myself. 
I've been feeling kind of pukey and I've been having contractions on and off.  And (TMI sorry) I literally took the biggest crap ever like I swear it was huge (so embarrassing 😳😂). I haven't been feeling "normal" today, my body just feels different and I feel different it's really hard to explain. Anyone else feel this way before they went into labor?

I felt like that about a week before my water broke with my first. It's possible these are signs that you are entering early labor. (Stronger, more frequent contractions, your body cleaning itself out-nausea and lose frequent bowl movements- runny nose, etc) but it could all also be from something else. And even if you're in early labor, its possible for it to last anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
