TTC and carry

Hey ladies! Two questions.....So I have been pregnant 3 times within the last four years. Sadly they all ended in a MC. I am now trying again but this time no luck. For those who had a hard time TTC what did you do to conceive???? Also what can I do to help me carry and not MC???
