My back has been hurting for two weeks now, occasional cramping and my fiancé  finishes in me every night for the past 6 months... Stopped my pill a couple months ago to start trying to conceive. Well, I peed before and I wiped and saw a little blood. It's like a brownish color (kind of like the color towards the end of your period) but my period isn't due until next week or the week after. What could be happening? Implantation bleeding? Early period for no reason?
