I keep having the same issue every cycle near my period. I got some bloodwork done and will be discussing the results with my doctor later today. But I keep getting horrible cramps on the first day of my period, during pms I have intense nausea, moderate headaches, heightened sense of smell, etc. I've taken HPT's in previous cycles and they've been negative (taken after period was late).

I'm worried something could be wrong, like PCOS or Endometriosis. Help?
