zyrtec while breastfeeding?

Hi!
It seen I have postpartum hives. I was wondering if I can use zyrtec. Im breasfeeding my 2 weeks old baby. I called my dr. Today and  he wasn't at the office.

It's on the list of okay medications to take while pregnant so I'd assume it's okay to take while breastfeeding as well.

My lactation specialist told me to stay away from antihistamines, as they can lower your supply. That includes Zyrtec, claritin, Benadryl, etc.
