Maca root. Does it really help?

I've been trying to get pregnant for a little over a year now and one of my friends told me that I should start taking maca along with my prenatals. Has anybody taken this and successfully got pregnant?

I took cassava root for 4  months which is the same thing and I'm currently 7 months pregnant with my baby boy😀

Yes it helps, im currently ttc and I take two a day along with my prenatal. Im now in my tww, on the other hand my cousin took it last year after 4 years of trying with her husband and now they have a baby girl. My mom was taking it to regulate her hormones and ended up having twins. Baby dust to you!!
