I gave birth to my son in a tub and plan on doing it again this time around. I was in agonizing pain and it all went away as soon as I got in the water. My husband said he has never seen me that calm before.

I was so looking forward to having one but the birthing center at my hospital only offers hydrotherapy for after labor as a way to recover. I plan to do most of my laboring at home though so I should be able to enjoy laboring in our tub for a while before we head to the hospital. After we're there I'll be using a birthing ball/squatting bar and possibly the shower to help me progress. Good luck to you and God bless 😊

Would be my choice, but nowhere in my city allows it. Plan to labor in tub, then give birth our of it.

I want one so bad I already registered at a birth center. I had my heart set on it but I'm starting to rethink it because it's my first baby and I'm scared something might go wrong and I'll be 20 mins from the hospital. Don't know what to do yet.
