Ph level

I'm so devasted, my fiancé and I can't have sex as we wish.. My ph level is way too high and it ruins everything, it's almost acidic.. I don't know if it's because of the pregnancy but I've always had a high ph level, just not this bad 😩 any suggestions on what to do. My gyn says that I'm fine and it will go down but it's affecting my sex life 🙄
