How Early Did You Feel Baby?

So this is my 4th pregnancy, with all 3 priors I felt my sons flutter SUPER early.. I'm now 16 weeks and haven't felt one movement, flutter, anything.. My question is when did you mommies feel movement and what was baby's gender? I heard an old wives tale that girls are usually felt later lol so I'm curious 😊

I like your old wives tale theory! 😊 I will be 17 weeks on Wednesday and I might feel baby every couple of days. That started probably last week. This is also my fourth pregnancy, and all others were felt around 13 weeks. Mind you they were all boys. So your wives tale is look good for my little princess!

This is my first and I'm around 14/15 (dating scan says 14.3 but I say 15.1) and I felt movement a couple times. Once at night when I turned over in bed and felt as if baby moved to get comfy! And the other day when I got in a lift it felt as if baby was bouncing as if it didn't like the motion of the lift haha I've felt flutters since 10 weeks but recently felt really movements! It helped seeing baby move around on the screen at its dating scan as it gave me a rough idea what it feels like when it's moving around in there! Can't wait for kicks!

I think it all depends on where the placenta is if you have an anterior placenta( infront) you probably won't feel anything early on but with a posterior placenta (in the back) the baby has more frontal room so you'll feel things earlier on. 😃

I started feeling what I assume is some movement at almost 13 weeks. It's in my lower abdomen/pelvis area and is usually on one side or the other. It feels almost but not quite the same as a muscle spasm (almost twitchy), feels fluttery, lasts for literally a second or two and is gone so fast, happens only sometimes when I've gotten still and I've noticed it when sitting up mostly but still feel it when laying sometimes. It's not as strong of a sensation as a muscle spasm, feels much lighter/less intense. Wasn't sure if it's the baby moving that I'm feeling and forgot to as my OB during my visit because I had to brief him on my two ER visits the weekend before my appointment with him. Anyone know if it's baby that I'm feeling? Im still getting the sensation every so often just as I described above and got it earlier today. I'm currently 14 wks along and am thinking if it's persisted this long then it's gotta be more than just adjustment twitches or something like that.

My girl I felt at 18-19 weeks im hoping mines a boy I started feeling bubbles at 11-12 weeks now I feel bumps and prods im 15weeks. Might be a good theory of its a boy for me

I started to feel light flutters at 14 weeks only while laying down and by 16 weeks could feel bigger movements like she's rolling around laying down or sitting down. I'm having a girl and this is my first. So excited to feel her so soon honestly didn't expect to feel her until 20 plus weeks! Everybody always puts ftm s down and say we usually can't feel our babies because we don't know what to look for? how can u not know? U have never felt a feeling like this before its amazing!

Have you tried laying on your stomach? I can feel mine when I do that. I will be 16 on Wednesday.
