Negative test

I recently had a miscarriage and have been trying again with my fiancé to conceive my period has not returned have done 3 pregnancy test this wk all have been negative still no period have had light spotting bit that is all can someone please tell me when I ca expect my period to return and if I should continue to test breasts have been sore feeling tired but it could be my mind playing tricks as well so confused
